Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology foresight strategies for 2026-2030 horizon
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neurotech, AGI) and commercialization pathways
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future scenarios and risk assessment
- Author thought leadership reports on technological disruption impacts
- Manage relationships with academic research labs and venture capital partners
- Drive ethics-by-design frameworks for emerging technology deployments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or futurism consulting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation spaces
- Certification in Futures Research or Technology Assessment preferred
