Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and validate emerging tech opportunities
- Develop scenario models for quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic capabilities into roadmaps
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes affecting innovation
- Build a proprietary foresight database using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning within tech or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, Web3)
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFP, SFI) or equivalent
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful tech foresight initiatives
- Deep understanding of Silicon Valley's innovation ecosystem
- Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable business strategies
