- Develop and communicate 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating cutting-edge innovations into core products
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout and evaluate next-gen startups
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote industry conferences
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring technological adoption ROI and market readiness
- Mentor internal teams on future-focused innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 12+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record commercializing emerging technologies at scale
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite boards and Fortune 500 executives
- Published author or frequent speaker at global tech forums
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology transformation initiatives
