Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for 2026-era technologies (quantum AI, neural interfaces, sustainable energy systems)
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption across enterprise clients
- Design and validate prototype systems using cutting-edge tools (TensorFlow Quantum, AWS Braket, etc.)
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and government stakeholders
- Partner with product teams to commercialize emerging technologies
- Author whitepapers on future tech trends and societal impact
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology R&D with 5+ years in strategic foresight roles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics (NeurIPS, Nature)
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP)
- Proven track record of launching tech products with >$10M ARR
- Strong network with global tech innovation communities
- Experience with futures methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Exceptional communication for translating complex concepts
