- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with data-driven predictions and risk assessments
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for innovation scouting
- Design and implement organizational change management protocols for tech transitions
- Present future-vision insights to investors and board members
- Mentor junior futurists using proprietary foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning with 5+ in futurism or emerging tech analysis
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of predicting market disruptions (provide 3 case studies)
- Expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of Web3, AGI ethics, and climate-tech convergence
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies or Strategic Foresight Institute preferred
