Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging trends in AI, biotech, and sustainable systems to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership pieces on future technology paradigms
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio for 2026 market readiness initiatives
- Represent the company at global tech summits and policy forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build a world-class foresight team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, technology consulting, or innovation leadership
- Published thought leadership on future tech trends (Harvard/MIT/Stanford preferred)
- Expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking methodologies
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep network within Silicon Valley and global tech policy circles
- Fluency in quantitative analysis and qualitative trend forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and public speaking
