Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic foresight framework for exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and market shifts
- Produce actionable trend reports and scenario-planning models for executive stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and innovation ecosystems
- Design and implement human-centered innovation methodologies for organizational transformation
- Present future outlooks at industry conferences and executive summits
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing future-ready business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech trends (whitepapers, books, keynotes)
- Experience with scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
