- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-state solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs

- Curate internal 'Future Tech Radar' system for real-time trend monitoring
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of producing technology roadmaps with 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in emerging domains: quantum computing, AGI ethics, neurotech, or climate tech
- Strong data visualization skills with experience in trend analysis platforms
