Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Global Vision Strategy through scenario modeling and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' with C-suite executives to identify disruptive opportunities
- Author quarterly 'Horizon Reports' on emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Design and implement foresight frameworks for product roadmaps and market entry strategies
- Build and maintain an international network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors and investor consortium
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or disruptive tech companies
- Published thought leader with 50+ citations in futurism or innovation journals
- Expertise in AI ethics, biotechnology governance, and climate adaptation strategies
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented initiatives with measurable ROI
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent advanced training
