Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise innovation initiatives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum AI, biotech convergence, neural interfaces) and market disruption vectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to prototype future scenarios and identify investment opportunities
- Produce executive-grade trend reports with actionable recommendations for C-suite and board
- Partner with R&D to incubate moonshot projects targeting 2026 commercial viability
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term innovation impact and adaptability metrics
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech strategy
- Proven track record translating future trends into enterprise roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and disruption analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech innovation (e.g., IEEE, HBR)
