Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Produce actionable insights reports on emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and their industry implications
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Establish and manage strategic partnerships with innovation labs, research institutions, and thought leaders
- Present compelling future narratives to executive teams and key stakeholders
- Monitor and evaluate macro-trends (demographic, economic, geopolitical) for strategic relevance
- Design and implement organizational foresight capabilities and future-proofing initiatives
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field (Master's required)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their disruptive potential
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience facilitating C-level strategy workshops and executive presentations
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities with data-driven insights
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations
