As a key member of our Future Intelligence division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global thought leaders to identify emerging trends, anticipate disruptive technologies, and translate foresight into actionable business strategies. Your work will directly influence product development, market positioning, and long-term organizational resilience in an exponentially changing world.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology foresight roadmaps through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech domains
- Design strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation to disruptive technological shifts
- Produce executive-ready futures intelligence reports with data-driven risk/opportunity assessments
- Partner with product teams to embed 2026-vision principles into innovation pipelines
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, keynote presentations, and industry roundtables
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and ethical foresight practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology leadership with proven 5+ year horizon planning
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, AR/VR) and their societal impacts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Technology Management, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful long-term strategy implementation in Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices)
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or foresight.org)
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex scenarios into stakeholder-aligned narratives
- Experience with ethical tech governance frameworks and responsible innovation principles
