Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy by analyzing emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech) and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product roadmaps and investment priorities
- Establish foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate futuristic concepts through rapid experimentation cycles
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members through data-driven narratives
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Drive cultural adoption of future-thinking practices across all organizational levels
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or ventures
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and ethical implications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Business Strategy, or related field
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent professional designation preferred
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
- Experience building and leading cross-continental innovation teams
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (articles, books, keynotes)
