- Produce trend forecasts and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer next-gen capabilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products/services
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience with futures research methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Certification in foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
