Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology sectors
- Produce actionable trend reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Present future visions to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Measure and forecast long-term market impacts of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business strategy
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in foresight or technology journals
- Experience with scenario planning and Delphi methodologies
- Fluency in future mapping tools (e.g., Trend Monitor, Foresight Platform)
