Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026+ trend forecasts across technology, society, and markets using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Architect strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision and emerging disruptors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable business initiatives
- Produce executive-grade foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer next-gen forecasting
- Mentor junior strategists in advanced foresight techniques and critical thinking methodologies
- Represent the organization at global futurist forums and industry thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful long-term strategic initiatives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts to diverse audiences
