- Develop actionable strategic frameworks and innovation roadmaps
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessment for emerging markets
- Present foresight insights to executive leadership and board committees
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into R&D priorities
- Establish strategic partnerships with future-focused institutions
- Author thought leadership publications on long-term technology trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional scenario planning and strategic modeling skills
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP) preferred
- Published work in futurism or technology strategy
- Experience with SaaS or deep tech industries
