Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology impact scenarios using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Create strategic roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce executive briefings on paradigm shifts affecting industry landscapes
- Build predictive models for market adoption of breakthrough technologies
- Advose on ethical frameworks for next-generation automation systems
- Represent company at global future-focused symposia and conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Published thought leadership on 2020s technology trajectories
- Deep understanding of quantum, AI, and biotech convergence points
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFTE preferred)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term strategy
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures to diverse audiences
