Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive foresight frameworks for 2026+ horizon scanning
- Identify, analyze, and quantify emerging tech/social/economic trends with strategic impact
- Design scenario-planning models for C-suite decision-making
- Lead innovation workshops with global R&D teams
- Produce strategic whitepapers on future market disruptions
- Collaborate with product teams on 3-5 year roadmaps
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic plans
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Published thought leadership in future trends or disruption
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or equivalent
- Experience leading cross-functional global teams
