Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) and their market implications through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for geopolitical and socioeconomic disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Advise executive leadership on long-term risk mitigation and opportunity identification
- Drive innovation sprints using horizon-scanning methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 10+ year strategic plans
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and future-shaping trends
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning
- Portfolio of published future forecasts or strategic frameworks
- Ability to synthesize data from 20+ disciplines into coherent narratives
