Responsibilities

- Design 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients in technology, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with executive stakeholders to align on future scenarios
- Develop predictive models using proprietary simulation tools and scenario-planning frameworks
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions with engineering teams
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and investor boards with compelling narratives
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global trend analysis and expert network cultivation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Proven track record in trend analysis, scenario planning, or innovation strategy at enterprise level
- Expertise in quantitative forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi methods, cross-impact analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
