Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for 2026 technology adoption curves and market inflection points
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for quantum-resistant security and decentralized economies
- Lead cross-functional workshops mapping exponential growth trajectories for sustainable tech
- Produce annual 'Horizon Scan' reports identifying emerging threats and opportunities
- Advolve C-suite on metaverse integration and human-AI symbiosis strategies
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neurotechnology governance
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational future-readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics, or climate tech
- Proven track record developing 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Mastery of scenario planning tools (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Published thought leadership in exponential technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent experience
- Fluency in predictive analytics tools and data visualization platforms
