- Lead quarterly innovation workshops with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Produce executive-level reports on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Identify disruptive market opportunities and recommend strategic pivots
- Build relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry think tanks
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and executive committee
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting market trends with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in technology adoption lifecycle and diffusion of innovations
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating published research or strategic frameworks
