Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology adoption patterns
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research on disruptive forces
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Build and maintain expert networks across academia and industry
- Produce annual Future State reports with predictive modeling
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight or futures research preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
