- Deliver executive-level insights through trend reports and scenario planning sessions
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives and maintain a dynamic knowledge repository
- Champion foresight methodologies across the organization
- Identify disruptive threats and opportunities in adjacent markets
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Deep expertise in emerging tech (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Proven ability to translate complex scenarios into business strategy
- Exceptional research and analytical capabilities with data-driven insights
- Experience with scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Strong presentation skills for C-suite and stakeholder audiences
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects or published thought leadership
