As a key member of our Strategic Futures Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to develop roadmaps that position industry leaders at the forefront of societal and technological evolution. Your insights will directly shape product roadmaps, investment priorities, and organizational transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026+ scenarios
- Develop and deliver strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Lead scenario planning workshops and stakeholder consultations to translate foresight into executable strategies
- Author high-impact thought leadership publications and predictive models for industry conferences
- Collaborate with R&D teams to identify breakthrough innovations and commercialization pathways
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic recommendations to executive boards and investor groups
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies for major organizations
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning methodologies, and horizon scanning
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
