As a key member of our Future Intelligence Division, you'll leverage predictive analytics, scenario planning, and cross-industry synthesis to identify disruptive opportunities. You'll collaborate with C-suite executives across Fortune 500 companies to translate foresight into scalable innovation frameworks that drive sustainable competitive advantage.
Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 'Horizon 2026' trend reports with quantitative/qualitative analysis
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for clients navigating technological disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops on exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Build predictive models using proprietary foresight methodologies and datasets
- Present strategic recommendations to executive boards and industry forums
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced research methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech (2020-2025)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Experience with predictive analytics platforms (Python, R, Tableau)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful client transformation projects
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
