Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready roadmaps
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on emerging trends
- Quantify future opportunities using predictive analytics and market modeling
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Advise executive teams on risk mitigation and innovation acceleration
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year future scenarios for enterprises
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred) or equivalent experience
