Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3 domains
- Develop 2026 strategic roadmaps with quantified impact assessments
- Facilitate executive workshops on disruption scenarios and opportunity mapping
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and industry thought leadership
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight into innovation pipelines
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts affecting technological adoption
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and domain experts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused frameworks or scenarios
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical narratives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS preferred)
