Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for quantum computing, AI governance, and biotech disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing principles into core offerings
- Author high-impact trend reports for executive decision-making and investor relations
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, conference keynotes, and media engagements
- Monitor ethical implications of emerging technologies and design responsible innovation guardrails
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of predicting and commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex socio-technical systems
- Published author or recognized authority in future studies publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on technology disruption scenarios
- Portfolio demonstrating trend-to-product pipeline success (3+ case studies)
