As a key member of our Global Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and external futurists to anticipate disruptions in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech. You'll translate complex scenarios into actionable strategies while cultivating a culture of future-ready thinking.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies (2026-2030) and their market implications
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to prototype future-facing products and services
- Present trend analyses and scenario forecasts to executive stakeholders and boards
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive disruption vectors
- Integrate future insights into product development and corporate strategy cycles
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Strategic Studies, Business Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives in tech or finance sectors
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and disruption modeling frameworks
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing C-level audiences
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership or research in futurism or innovation strategy
