- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for cutting-edge research
- Mentor a team of innovation specialists in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruptive technology assessment
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI-driven analytics
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation (articles, whitepapers, books)
