Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast technological, social, and economic trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with corporate vision and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale breakthrough technologies
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present strategic foresight to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and scenarios
- Drive organizational culture of experimentation and rapid iteration
- Mentor innovation champions across global business units
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Experience leading global innovation initiatives in tech or consulting
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
