Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, Web3, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business, or Engineering
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $5M
- Published thought leader in innovation or forespace domains
