Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) and their business implications through horizon scanning
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ scenarios
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present compelling future narratives to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Design and implement organizational foresight maturity programs
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario planning documents
- Mentor junior futurists in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating future insights into actionable business strategy
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Portfolio of future-focused projects or research papers
