Responsibilities

- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for human-AI integration across healthcare, energy, and education sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create innovation blueprints with C-suite executives
- Build scenario-planning models for geopolitical and technological black swan events
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation maturity and adoption readiness
- Present foresight findings to global stakeholders through immersive data visualizations
- Curate an innovation ecosystem through strategic partnerships with research institutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js) and predictive modeling
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation journals
- Experience working with global cross-cultural teams across time zones
