Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and climate tech innovations into enterprise frameworks
- Present executive-level foresight briefings to guide R&D investments and product development
- Champion cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and marketing teams
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track emerging tech adoption curves
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation ecosystems
- Author thought leadership on future-of-work and digital transformation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or Business preferred
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published work in futurism or innovation (articles, patents, or books)
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., from AC/FS) required
