Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026+
- Develop and implement strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Champion cross-functional innovation initiatives, from ideation to commercialization
- Build and nurture an internal ecosystem of innovators and external partnerships with emerging tech pioneers
- Present futuristic insights and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and the board
- Establish KPIs for innovation success and measure impact on market positioning and revenue growth
- Lead organizational transformation initiatives to embed future-ready capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology foresight leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful innovation strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities with strong data interpretation skills
- Experience building and leading high-performing cross-functional innovation teams
- Strong executive presence with ability to articulate complex futuristic visions compellingly
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Technology, or related field
