Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast global technology trends through 2026, identifying disruption opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Develop multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with market evolution and competitive landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into strategic initiatives for enterprise clients
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and emerging tech startups to build innovation ecosystems
- Present strategic insights to executive boards and C-level stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Monitor emerging risks and ethical implications of breakthrough technologies
- Design and implement innovation metrics to track strategic impact and ROI
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD/Master's preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology leadership
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFMP) preferred
