As a thought leader, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to develop long-term roadmaps, identify breakthrough opportunities, and mitigate risks in an exponentially evolving landscape. Your work will directly shape our innovation portfolio and position us as industry pioneers in the post-2025 era.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and societal shifts impacting 2026+ horizons
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps with 5-10 year vision frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing solutions
- Establish foresight methodologies and scenario planning processes
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, futurism, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong background in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation
