Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients navigating exponential change
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions in our advanced R&D labs
- Author white papers and thought leadership content published at global tech forums (Web Summit, CES)
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with ROI tracking for emerging technology ventures
- Advocate ethical frameworks for AI/automation deployment across industry verticals
- Mentor junior futurists in foresight methodologies and trend analysis techniques
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience with 7+ years in innovation strategy
- Proven track record developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology) with published research
- Certification in Futures Methodologies (e.g., CFS, SFI) or equivalent foresight training
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through digital transformation initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Kumu, Palisade)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successfully implemented innovation strategies
