Responsibilities
- Architect strategic innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 technological and market disruptions
- Lead scenario planning workshops to visualize and prepare for future industry transformations
- Develop quantitative frameworks for evaluating emerging technologies' impact on business ecosystems
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, keynotes, and industry forums
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies for executive leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology impact assessment
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures for diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or implemented strategic innovations
