Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives identifying paradigm shifts in AI, biotech, and climate tech through 2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum computing integration across financial services and healthcare sectors
- Architect human-centered design frameworks for neuro-adjacent interfaces and brain-compute interfaces
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed ESG 2.0 principles into product development lifecycles
- Produce annual 'State of 2026' trend reports with 85%+ predictive accuracy benchmark
- Manage innovation sprints with DARPA and IEEE to prototype climate-positive technologies
- Lead global workshops on ethical AI governance and decentralized autonomous organizations
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing market-disrupting roadmaps with $500M+ impact
- Expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech commercialization
- Certification in Futures Studies (e.g., from University of Houston or University of Strathclyde)
- Published thought leadership in Nature Futures or MIT Technology Review
