Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 Innovation Roadmap, integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology trends
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Design strategic frameworks for market entry into future-focused industries
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype breakthrough solutions aligned with 2026 market demands
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and board members to inform strategic decisions
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on technological convergence and societal impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, nanotech)
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management required
