Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives to identify emerging market opportunities
- Partner with MIT and Stanford on next-gen human-machine interface research initiatives
- Design and launch 'Future Proof' resilience programs for Fortune 500 clients
- Curate and keynote at Global Innovation Summits reaching 50K+ industry leaders
- Drive patent strategy for 15+ emerging technologies in our portfolio
- Mentor a team of 8 futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Technological Forecasting
- 10+ years in strategic innovation with demonstrated impact on Fortune 500 roadmaps
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals on exponential technologies or societal impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and wild-card scenario development
- Proven track record of launching products/services with $50M+ ARR
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and ESG frameworks for sustainable futures
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS or CSSF)
