Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive trends in AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech through 2026+
- Develop future-proofing roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across healthcare, finance, and manufacturing sectors
- Architect scenario-planning models for geopolitical, economic, and technological uncertainty
- Present strategic insights to executive boards and C-suite leadership through compelling narratives
- Build and manage innovation ecosystems with startups, academia, and R&D partners
- Author thought leadership reports and whitepapers published in industry journals
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing product roadmaps
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-proofing strategies for enterprises
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven scenario planning methodologies
- Experience presenting to C-suite audiences and board members
- Portfolio of published future-oriented research or innovation frameworks
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., APF, CPSI)
