Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, neurotech) to identify disruptive opportunities for product development
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on future industry shifts
- Prototype and validate futuristic concepts through rapid experimentation cycles
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present future-vision narratives to stakeholders and investment committees
- Mentor cross-functional teams on foresight methodologies and innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products or services
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills for complex trends
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous innovation cycles
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, system dynamics)
