Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps by analyzing emerging trends in AI, biotech, and renewable energy
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive opportunities across 15+ industries
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish innovation KPIs and track progress against future-state benchmarks
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout emerging technologies
- Organize annual FutureSummit conferences featuring thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning with Fortune 500 tech companies
- Proven expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong network connections with global innovation ecosystems
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFMP) preferred
