Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ innovation roadmaps using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology applications
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive teams and board members through compelling visualizations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global innovation hubs
- Design and implement organizational change frameworks to embed future-ready capabilities
- Mentor innovation teams while fostering a culture of calculated experimentation
- Produce annual Future State reports with actionable recommendations for long-term growth
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven experience developing long-term strategic frameworks beyond 5-year horizons
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation initiatives with global teams
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management required
