Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify breakthrough technologies and market disruptors through 2030
- Develop quantitative trend forecasting models using AI-driven analytics and scenario planning
- Architect strategic roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum computing, neural interfaces, climate tech)
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business models and workforce transformation
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 2026 market readiness challenges
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven expertise in trend forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, weak signal detection)
